What’s the minimum order quantity?

We understand that every customer has unique needs. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) depends on several factors, including the type of label, material, size, and whether the labels are printed or blank.

As a general guideline:

Blank thermal labels may have lower MOQs (starting around 5,000 units per size or spec)
Custom printed labels (flexographic) typically start at higher volumes due to setup and plate costs — usually 10,000 units or more, depending on the complexity

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we proudly ship across the United States and Mexico.

Our facility is located in the Foreign Trade Zone near McAllen, Texas, which allows us to process and ship orders efficiently, whether you're based in the U.S. or operating within a maquiladora or industrial park in Mexico.

Are your labels FDA compliant?

Yes — when needed, we offer FDA-compliant materials for indirect food contact applications, such as:

Can I print barcodes or RFID on the labels?

Absolutely. We specialize in producing barcode-ready labels and offer support for RFID-encoded labels as well.

All our blank and pre-printed labels are designed to work seamlessly with thermal transfer or direct thermal printers for barcode printing.
We also support customers who use RFID label software such as NiceLabel, and can recommend materials that are ideal for RFID encoding.
